1030 Bond Street (Bend) Targets LEED-CS Silver
An excellent example of urban redevelopment, the site at 1030 NW Bond Street, Bend, OR is being redeveloped by DesertKnight 1030 Bond LLP from a two-story commercial building to a four-story 27.500 sq. ft. mixed use project. The ground floor will include a restaurant and retail space, with commercial office space on the second floor, and condominiums on the next two floors. A Silver certification is being targeted via the LEED-CS (Core & Shell) pilot.
The development team includes DKA Architects, Sunwest Builders, ATP Engineering (MEP), Knight and Company (civil engineer), Welsh Commissioning Group, and Karen Benson Studios and Bennington/Conover & Associates (Environmental Consultants).
