Our Approach

Why build an ordinary building - however beautiful and functional - when you could build one that also conserves natural resources, preserves the health of people and the environment, strengthens the local economy and improves quality of life?

Sustainable, integrated building design reduces energy and water consumption, diverts waste materials from landfills to recyclers, increases the use of recycled and salvaged building materials, and improves the indoor air quality of new and remodeled buildings.

An integrated design approach views the building as a system in which each component has an influence on the other, and the whole is greater than the sum of the parts. Many green buildings cost no more to build because resource-efficient strategies often allow downsizing of costly mechanical, electrical and structural systems - and yield attractive returns on the initial investment in operating and maintenance cost savings for years to come. And providing a healthy and bright work environment also impacts the bottom line by boosting employee productivity and reducing absenteeism.

We use the LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System developed by the U.S. Green Building Council as our guideline to whole-building environmental performance. Let us show you how this widely accepted tool can help you!
