About Us
Bennington/Conover & Associates is a project management/ environmental consulting firm based in Bend, Oregon. Formed in 1999 in the San Francisco Bay Area, the firm provides project management services for new commercial construction, commercial renovation and corporate facilities relocation and build-out.
We work with building owners, architects, interior designers and contractors to ensure each project achieves the targeted sustainable design and construction goals. Our services include facilitating eco-charrettes, conducting project feasibility analyses relative to LEED® certification, advising on green strategies and materials, assisting with "greening" project specifications, and driving the LEED certification process.
B/CA led the Hewlett Foundation project team which designed and built the first LEED 2.0 Gold certified building in California. And there are a number of other LEED-registered projects in our pipeline, from schools to historic renovation.
Our experience includes all phases of project development as well as short-term consulting and education.
